We need to save and process personal data about you, such as company details, name of you who contacts us, as well as contact details and the content of your request. The purpose of such processing is to be able to process your request and respond to you based on the contact information provided. We have received your information from the form you fill in and send to us. If your request is of a financially or operationally demanding nature, we will also carry out a closer investigation of your company via public records. We apply the applicable privacy legislation at all times in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent by accepting that we save your data for business-related purposes. Your data will be saved in our mail servers provided by our web provider webbpages NKLT AB (SE556749- 454601). At any time, you have the opportunity to revoke your consent to us storing the data we save and can do so by request to inquiry@nordicautomation.se. We store the data for a maximum of one (1) year. The personal data we process about you is shared with technical and commercial managers at Nordic Automation Group AB. We may also share your personal data with a third party, provided we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU unless the non-EU organization is a global law enforcement or law enforcement authority. You have the right to contact us if you want information about the data we have about you, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit the processing, to make objections or request deletion of your data.
